India‘s Studies on Environmentalism

　　Abstract: India’s environmentalism sprouted in the early 20th century.It was in the early 1970s that India’s environmentalism came into being as a whole.Although Indian scholars focus on different issues of Indian environmentalism, there are some common features in their studies.Indian research on environmentalism is special in the world, and has made contribution to the world in the development of environmentalism.
