India in Africa: Following China or Challenging China? ——China Factor in India’s African Policy

  Abstract: With the transition of international system, developing powers like China and India have been strengthening their ties with African countries. Interaction between China and India in African affairs has attracted world attention. According to this paper, India has its own African policy, and China factor is only reference instead of starting point and objective of India’s policy towards Africa. China and India have more common interests than conflicts in African affairs. There is enough space for the two countries to cooperate in Africa.
