Abstract: The evergreen friendship between China and Nepal is built on their shared national interests. The Indian influence, the U.S. existence and the internal political process in Nepal are main factors that drive Sino-Nepalese relations in the 21st century. Elements of sincerity, continuity, change, and responsiveness are indispensable for the formulation of Good Neighborly Partnership (GNP) framework that features China-Nepal relations in the new era.
