India’s Look East Policy: From a Multilateralism Perspective

　　ABSTRACT: As a newly developed outlook of diplomacy and a mechanism for cooperation in a rapidly globalizing world, multilateral diplomacy is enjoying increasing attention in the international community.Based on the perspective of multilateralism, this paper discusses India’s Look East Policy and the progress of IndiaASEAN multilateral relations and the construction of multilateral cooperative mechanism between the two.
