The Cause of That India Makes Discordant Notes in Sino-Indian Relations

　　ABSTRACT： The media and some military and political men in India have been making a series of discordant notes in Sino-Indian relations since 2009. This is a result of that India’s domestic and international situation interact, and it has made a great negative impact on Sino-Indian relations. That India makes the discordant notes in Sino-Indian relations is of a protracted nature and will happen repeatedly, but it will be within some limits. For this, we should have sober knowledge, and positively deal with it.
