The Prospects of Indian Communist Party(Maoist)

  ABSTRACT:Armed resistance and conflicts, from the low level of society, have been one of the characteristics in India since the founding of the new Republic.Even today, the left extremists are still advocating armed resistances among poor people to seize power.The Communist Party of India (Maoist), CPI(Maoist), founded in September 2004, is a particular one.It is regarded as the “No.1 Threat” to domestic security of India.This paper is to analyze the prospects of Revolution of CPI(Maoist) and also make an assessment of and prediction on the trend of its development.
