ABSTRACT: Using the research method of Carsten Fink and Martin Molinuevo for reference, this paper has assessed the opening-up to each other on trade in services between China and Pakistan, has confirmed the viewpoint that Agreement on Trade in Services between China and Pakistan is most open in the agreements on trade in services which both China and Pakistan have signed and has found that the “GATS+” commitments between China and Pakistan focuses on the business, communication, transport services and No.3 mode of supply. Then this paper has chosen four standards for the judgment on the improvement of the opening-up and has discovered that construction, finance, travel, business services in China and communication, business, transport services in Pakistan are of the most potential. At last, this paper gave a series of suggestions.
