Prof Xu Liping Participated in International Seminar on the 40th Anniversary of Malaysia-China Diplomactic Relations

During August 22-23, 2014, International Seminar on the 40th Anniversary of Malaysia-China Diplomactic Relations was held in Malaysia, organized by UTAR and INSAP. About 100 scholars and statesmen from China and Malaysia participated in the seminar. They disussed about the bilateral relations in the 40 years and planned for the future development. Prof Xu made the speech of the silk road in 21st century and the overall strategic parternership between China and Malaysia.
